Susan Hogan is the "Call for Action Problem Solver" on Eyewitness News Live at 5:00 and 11:00. Susan has earned three emmy nominations for her consumer reporting. Her continued commitment to solving problems and helping her viewers goes back more than 14 years. Susan graduated from Syracuse University, with a degree in Consumer Studies. Susan began her television career working at WCVB-TV in Boston as the Associate Producer for the award winning Consumer Reporter, Paula Lyons.

Susan's desire to produce and report her own stories sent her to Bangor, Maine where she began her on-air career as Anchor and Consumer Reporter at the ABC-Affiliate, WVII-TV. In September of 1992 Susan joined the Eyewitness News Team as the Consumer Reporter. Since Susan began "Call For Action", she receives hundreds of phone calls, emails and letters every month. The success of "Call For Action" relies on viewers problems, and Susan's ability to solve them. The "Call For Action" team has so far been able to solve dozens of Southern New Englanders' consumer problems, and refund more than 30-thousand dollars to consumers.

Along with producing "Call For Action", Susan also produces "Does it Work", "Freebie Friday", and "Big Money Friday". Susan has found more than 30-thousand dollars in missing money for Southern New Englanders featured on "Big Money Friday" reports every Friday night at 11:00...and the amount continues to grow!

Susan is a native New Englander. She now lives in Rhode Island with her husband and their boy/girl twins.
