Scottish Castle has vacancy -- no rent required, but there is a catch

London-AP -- If you're looking for a new place to live -- one man says you can move into his Scottish castle rent-free.

Sound good? Well, this Cinderella story comes with a catch -- you have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep the place looking nice.

The head of the one Scottish clan has no relatives old enough or interested enough to live in the family's castle.

The estate includes a hundred-thousand acres of land. It borders Queen Elizabeth's Balmoral Estate.

In order to move in, all you need is 740-thousand dollars to pay for renovations and another 165-thousand dollars a year for operating costs.

One possibility to make up the money -- you can rent out the castle. Right now it goes for about 28-thousand dollars a week.
