Beginnings
Horizon Bay Senior Communities is headquartered in Tampa, Florida and we are an independent living company that prides ourself on providing quality healthcare. We currently manage over 20 communities in nine different states. Although our company is young, our senior management team collectively has over 150 years experience in seniors housing and healthcare.
Ours is the Business of the Human Spirit
It�s a short but powerful statement and is the first sentence in Horizon Bay�s identity declaration, Horizon Care. In September 2002, after careful assessment and deliberation, Horizon Care was created and serves as Horizon Bay�s foundation and beliefs. More than just words, Horizon Care keeps us focused on who we are and the lives we impact. Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of every single life we touch.

We manage several types of communities, including continuum of care retirement, independent living and assisted living. We help older adults maintain their independence, health and well-being in a safe and comfortable environment. You or your loved one can trade in the uncertainties of living alone and the responsibilities of maintaining a home for the affordable services that simplify life.
Improving Our Residentsďż˝ Lives
Our intent is to fundamentally improve the lives of our residents. To positively impact their lives, Horizon Bay offers residents Signature Programs based on each individual�s needs. Programs include anything from LiveWell! Program for the body, mind and spirit to Senior Services, which focuses on both the social and clinical needs of residents.
